We at William H Brown have been very happy with the service from the team at Horizon Property. They are very flexible with appointment times/dates at short notice and the portal makes it very easy to add instructions and track their progress.
The reports Horizon produce are very thorough, easy to understand and we really like the checkout feature where they split the responsibilities for the property between the landlord/s and tenant/s, this makes the end of lease process much easier. We highly recommend Horizon and their services!
